Mr. Charlie Mayo, aged 17. died at the residence of his father, Mr. W. A. Mayo, on Water street last night at 9:20 o'clock of psnumonla. He had been sick for about a week. The funeral will take place tomorrow and the Interment will be at the family burying ground In the country.
